How It Works

1. User clicks your 1ly link
2. User pays with their wallet
3. 1ly sends them a unique invite link
4. User joins your Telegram group
5. Link expires after use (no sharing)

Setup Guide

Step 1: Create a Telegram Bot

1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
2. Send /newbot and follow the prompts
3. Copy your bot token (keep it secret!)

Step 2: Add Bot to Your Group

1. Add your bot to the Telegram group/channel
2. Make the bot an admin with these permissions:
   • Invite users via link
   • (Optional) Ban users

Step 3: Get Your Chat ID

1. Add @userinfobot to your group temporarily
2. It will reply with the Chat ID (negative number for groups)
3. Remove the bot after getting the ID

Step 4: Create the Link in 1ly

1. Go to Dashboard → Add Link
2. Select Standard link type
3. Enable Telegram Gating
4. Enter:
   • Bot Token — From Step 1
   • Chat ID — From Step 3
5. Set your price
6. Save

Buyer Experience

1. Buyer visits 1ly.store/yourname/premium-group
2. Sees your group description and price
3. Connects wallet and pays
4. Receives unique Telegram invite link
5. Clicks link → joins group
6. Link expires immediately

Managing Members

Revoking Access

If you need to remove a member:

1. Remove them from the Telegram group directly
2. Their 1ly purchase remains recorded for your records
